  4. Arthritis pain. Please anyone help me!

I have finger joint pain in my right hand. My thumb and index finger got swelling. Pain is slowly increasing upto shoulder. When pain is very high I am taking zerodol sp tablet it will be reduce little pain again in a week I feel the same pain. Please doctor help me is this anything serious I am feeling very much fear. My weight is 115kg is my weight is the reason for this please anyone help me Thanking lot
