Arthritis in knees and hips
Hello my age is 49 and I am a female I am sffering from intense joint pain in my knees from last couple of years, there is also deformation in my both knees, I am taking nucoxia 90 from last few years with temporary relief, I am looking for permanent relief treatment, is knee replacement is good option or viscosupplementation, my uric acid level is 6.8 and write now and I am not taking any for this, please help.

At your age, knee replacement is Not a very good option, unless you have significant pain limiting your mobility. You need proper x-ray of the knee to see if anything else can be done like brace. You may benefit from an MRI scan to help know where the problem is. Controlling other medical issues will also help. See a Physician for managing your medical issues.
