Hello. Ideally it must not be stopped of there is response. It does not form habit. Do not worry. And it's very safe. Though i would still advise reconsulting your Psychiatrist or taking up consultation with a new one if you are uncomfortable with your current psychiatrist and discuss these issues in detail.
