Arms hurt and sometimes my neck.
Both of my arms hurt. From the elbow to my hands. It's constant and has been going on for 3 months now. My neck hurts really bad sometimes too. My doctor said she thinks it's a pinched nerve in my neck but my arms hurt everyday and my neck only hurts sometimes.

Before thinking about pinched nerve, do evaluate the tasks that you undertake which require prolonged use of shoulders, neck. This include mobile use, laptop, writing, holding books and other things. This leads to exhaustion in the muscles and pain.
