It can be due to hidradenitis suppurativa... Or some secondary bacterial infection.. You may require antibiotics and other medicines for healing them... Dont squeeze them... Clean the area regularly with savlon... Take pics of that area and follow up with me in online opd consultation for further advice and prescription... Tc
