Arm still hurts week after shot

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hello I got my 2nd meningitis B shot a little more than a week ago. I am unable to lift my arm without pain. Any pressure on near the injection site also hurts. Should I go back to the doctor or just wait it out? Is this cause for concern? Thanks.
