Arm pain for last 2 days with chest pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am having pain in both my arms (right hand the previous day and left hand yesterday) and upper back straight to chest feeling like pressure.This pain some time reduces and suddenly peaks for a long time and could not sleep for the past 2 days becoz of this as this pain is that much severe.As i am pregnant 22 weeks i dint take any pain medications. i am already having myocardial bridging in mid lad and mild coronary artery disease as per angio report taken 1 yr before.ecg taken yesterday is attached.is this heart related arm pain or normal compression pain?
