First go for routine check up like check your cholesterol level. Share your Bp range. If these are normal  then no need of arjuna arisht. If you want it for healthy heart function  then you can take only one or two bottle. Or if you have variation in cholesterole if it in high range then take it for 3 months regular. And repeat your test every month.

For Better effect of ayurvedic medicine first consult ayurvedic physician As ayurvedic drugs are used according to Patient body nature , Doshas & other factors In general arjunaristha can be taken in 15 -20 ml with approx half glass of water twice a day Better when taken before meals
