Are these symptoms of kidney damage?

Hello, Well I really don't know if it's my kidney!! But since yesterday I am feeling little uncomfortable in my stomach area! Also my urine is darker in colour, and also I urinate less.. since yesterday only! But I used to masturbate excessively till day before yesterday! But I am not having any kind of severe pain, no pain while urinating! Neither shortness of breath! But yes I don't like to eat as much I used to before yesterday! As of now I don't see any sort of swelling on my outer body I don't know about inside! Also I feel like constipated! My stomach feels full! And a little burning like feeling in stomach! It almost seems like some kind of digestion problem! But then I am less urinating that even darker in colour than usual! And I think it is because of my masturbation! I googled for this symptoms and it signed it as kidney problem! So that's why I thought it'll be good if I checked once on Practo! I am a Male, 24! 5.5", 80kg!
