Aptt blood test
Hi..I have pcos problem and I had 2 abortions of which last one one is ectopic and I had my left tube removed.now when I had Activated partial thromboplastin blood test it was 40 which the doctor said is high.so I am taking ecosprin 75 daily till pregnancy and once m pregnant I should be on injection till my delivery all 9 months.Now my question is will I be able to control and reduce this level with some treatment before I get pregnant in some way or other & will I have any other health problems with heart or blood bcos of this...kindly let me know.

Hello,There are chances of subsequent ectopic pregnancy in previous ectopic pregnancy case , but since your left tube is removed ,chances are less . but you should be careful this time , your case is considered high risk so you need frequent visits to hospital with continuous monitoring ,Don't worry about about pcos once you get pregnant doctor will prescribe alternative Medicines for harmonal deficiency ,but getting pregnant with pcos itself is big task .
