Hi My wife is peraganat in 40 days but my son birth is 7 month only pls advise to how to help mensovit plus

Your wife needs to see a gynaecologist. She will advise for ultrasound and and blood tests. Abortion can be done by medicine or D&C depending on weeks of pregnancy.
