If u missed your regular period date and pregnancy test negative than u should take hormones pills for withdrawal bleeding.
U can take Tab. Cetrizine for allergic cold.

Ya you can take .For period again confirm by Bhcg it is blood test and more accurate.If negative consult to gynecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
