Appendicitis?
I've been having a very slight pain on the right side of my belly button for perhaps about 35 hours. It is not at all constant, and sometimes on the left side. It comes and goes, but has not moved further down. In total, I've had pain for maybe 3-4 hours. I have no fever, diahorrhea, or nausea. My period is a month late and I know I will get it very soon (I can always feel it), possibly today or tomorrow. Could it be appendicitis, or just my period?
