Aplastic Anemia
My brother of age 22 is suffering from Aplastic Anemia, 2 months ago he has done with ATG, Cyclosporine, Bone Marrow Transplant , but somewhere again and again he got a fever and ache near his knees due to which he is not even able to stand and walk properly and one more thing his platelets counts never exceeds 40000 . Give your Suggestions on this
