APLA with pregnancy
I found out today that I am pregnant. It's my 32 day of cycle. I had already 2 misscarriages before. Doctor advised me for APLA and Torch test. My Anticardiolipin igg is slightly higher ie 12 and my Antibeta 2 GP1 igm is highly positive ie around 90. Lupus is absent. My Torch igg is highly positive. I am already on ecosprin 75 for the last 5 months. What should be my line of treatment for pregnancy next. Should I start my heparin now or wait till week 6. As  in my last two pregnancies my embroy didn't grew and no heat bit . So had to abort it after 2 months. Please kindly help and Suggest me.

I think I have taken your case.. In this scenario heparin is generally started as soon as u conceive..in prophylactic doses..and aspirin is continued.. U can take the consultation for further clarification..
