Aorta thickening
CT aortic angio gram report says,8cm long symmetric wall thickening in distal thoracic aorta with adjacent fat stranding aortitius; lumen is of normal caliber without evidence of narrowing or widening.She developes chest pain when climbing which spreads to left hand and left arm.Pain relieved after some rest.her hb 10.

Hi chest pain would be due to circulatory compromise ....according to Your description there's no stenosis or narrowing of lumen.... Kindly follow up with cardiologist for evaluation...
