Any STDs that cause muscle pain? Std?

Hi Doctor, I am Male, 32 years age. I had unprotectd oral(fellotia) approx 9-10 weeks back(2 months +, 1 weeks). I have done following testing after the exposure: 1) After 24 days,      blood test- HIV, HSV1&2 igg(0.1,0.2) igm(0.1,0.4), syphilis(tpha), hepetitis B&C,     Urin test- Gonorrhea, chlamydia. 2) After 41 dats(6weeks), Blood test- syphilis, HSV1/2 igg(0.4,0.6) igm(0.1,0.2). 3) After 56 days, Blood test, HSV1/2 igg igm(IndeX value 0.5), HIV 4) After 63 days, Blood test Chlamydia IGG(0.11 index value). I wanted yo check for LGV. All the above test were Negative. But I am getting pain near growin lymph nodes, from 7weeks now it has reduced. , and today upper body,chest and near abdomin pain. I checked with dermatologist he says no swelling on growin lymph node. , and no std sign kn genital area as well. My question will be can this pain be only muscular pain or are there chances of any STD? Kindly guide, please advise which doctor can handle this case.
