Any infection in body or how. Health.

My CT lungs says calcified granuloma present and it all started a month back when my CT abdomen had showed as intestinal Tubercolosis but colonsocopy found out to be normal but from past few days after colonoscopy I have pain in the pelvic region and burning urine and pain while urinating so is there any infection still in my body as my TB gold and all blood test is negetive but from 2 days my sperm is light yellow in color is it due to much intake of turmeric in diet and how to go for prostrate or bladdee check .usg is normal urine test is normal and culture also is normal but only fatigue weakness and shortness of breath while workout is there .should I take any test to confirm about prostrate health .
