Hi
I have been using ciplar la 40 previously because I use to get Panic attacks and my rate use to shoot up due to anxiety issues. But recently my psychiatrist said to stop it as according to him i don't need it anymore but still I reduced it to 20mg and taking it alternate days but i realised when I walk or do some activity my heart rate increases and i start getting sweaty. So kindly suggest if my resting heart rate is more than 110 for a short span of time and gets down to normal after that. Is there any risk ? I get scared of my heart getting stopped. Kindly give me a clear understanding because I got the holter done as well one year back but nothing came.
