Anxiety To Poop - When I Am In Home Or Office I Am Well But As

When I am in home or office I am well but as soon as someone tells me to go out (even for a small time) there is sudden urge to poop. I become afraid thinking what if toilet is not there. I am literally terrified of going out, start sweating alot and even the head spins. This has reduced my outside life to a very very big extend. Please help. What can be the reason? Because when in house or office I feel perfectly fine
