Hey! I'm sorry you've been feeling this way. Nobody likes to feel bullied. It's understandable that your consequences may be making you feel anxious and worried. But its not something that cannot be handled. Here are some few tips to deal with anxiety:
1. Understand that you can only control yourself and not what others do. If your anxiety increases because of what someone else does, remind yourself that it is out of control, what I can control is how I feel and how I choose to respond.
2. Deep breaths. As soon as you feel your heart beat go faster, or difficult to breathe, take deep long breaths. If you find it difficult, try to breathe in via your mouth. Sit down and focus on your breathing to calm yourself down.
3. Note down your triggers. When do you feel anxious? At what time do you start getting anxiety symptoms? Has that particular thing, person or situation always brought you anxiety or only under certain circumstances? Know about your triggers, and once you are well aware, if you sense a possible trigger, either avoid the situation or start taking deep breaths to prepare yourself well in advance before the trigger hits.
4. If there is something more than just dealing with these symptoms, try to get to the root cause of these sensations. Don't worry, you're not alone. It is okay to ask for help and reach out to a professional to help you deal with these feelings effectively.
