Anxiety issues
I usually get angry and furious within minutes. I am too moody and I do get a lot of heavy breathing whenever I'm emotionally heightened. I read online that I may have anxiety issues. The traits where very similar. I end up doing what I know is wrong. I have a high level of pessimism in my thoughts. I am sad, depressed and frustrated most of the time. And if things do jot go my way, I just go berserk. Do I have anxiety? What should I do? Any medication?
