Anxiety issues and persistent sadness
I am not able to focus on my normal routine. Every 1-2 days I feel anxious, furious, feel anger. I feel like crying all the time. I feel suffocated.

Heyy! Lets break your symptoms down to a common factor, to simply and understand things better. 1. Feeling anxious, fearful : Comes into 1 bracket. Anxiety usually stems because of a fear of Future/ uncertainty. 2. Feeling angry: Anger is a reaction to a basic emotion we are feeling. Eg. I feel anger when my mom doesn’t listen to my point ( here the main problem is not feeling considered) 3. Feeling suffocated: Is a reaction to anxiety and anger that you are feeling.
