Anxiety,hormonal imbalance
Hello, I am a married women with 5year old kid, husband is an IT professional and currently working from home.We had several fights in a marriage of 10years but we love each other,so never parted ways.We are absolutely fine with each other during almost every time but when we fight it is extremely ugly I almost gets suicidal thoughts almost every time.He had a slightly OCD earlier now he is better but still cribs on very small things which at the end of the day comes on my nerves and I Iose my control and react in extreme anger starts shouting as I feel these are too small thing which can be ignored, which make things even unglier later after calming down we apologize and continue with the normal life but after few days or weeks it happens and  things go back to square one. Also am experiencing some extreme hormonal imbalance and mood swings.I get so stressed before few days of my menstrual cycle, extreme anger, depression and sometimes violent behaviour.

The current stressful situation is affecting the mental health of people. It is leading to arguments within the couple, frustation, sleep related issues. If you are having the symptoms through out the day for more than 2 weeks then you must visit a Psychiatrist.
Next Steps
make a diary about your mood and the topics on which arguments happened. Sort out the things which can be avoided. In a couple both the husband and the wife need emotional support so also work in the couple health.
