Anxiety Disorder
I am a patient of AS since 20 years for which I am taking Ayurvedic treatment. In Feb 21, I was suddenly diagnosed with AD(Anxiety disorder) and now I understand medication since Feb 2021. I would like to know, how long my treatment to be continued as my doctor initially told that after a month or two, your treatment will be over, but now I went to him for monthly review. He is advising me to continue same medicines. Now it's 5 months over but now my doctor say that this treatment will continue for long time. So, I need second opinion on same. I am feeling totally fine now.

I think you need to meet a psychotherapist for CB therapy. Once you improve than we can try and reduce your medication
