I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder
I did all test CT, ECG,tmt,blood test..then doctor confirmed it's anxiety disorder after h pylori treatment.. it's eradicated successfully. I hv breathing issues, hyperventilation, and all anxiety symptoms like brain heart' palpitations zaps,shaking,etc Sometimes I feel very shaky, dizziness, light headed and rush or sudden hit in head I took psychiatrist medicine and cbt but medicine gave me lots of side effects When I wake I need to take deep breaths every 2 minutes and after wake up morning when I open eyes my breathing faster and hyperventilation..after sometime it's gone What's the posible cause of it?
