Anxiety breathelessness
Im hit by many issues. Sometimes in a very tense mood, I feel very breathlessness and fumble, then after a while, I feel relieved. My blood test were partly normal. Even I had a surgery, those issues were resolved. But still I am hit by these issues, I feel my breathelessness issue and super anxiety. Heart palpitations. And after a while, it automatically gets relieved.
What is the reason behind this issue? Kindly help me.
