Anxiety and stress
I am feeling anxiety, and stess due which I feel tightness on forehead, pin point pain in multiple positions on chest on both side, some time feeling tingling in arms, did ECG and LIPID profile also, but all are normal. Please suggest.

Hello there. Practice yoga, pranayama and meditation. These will help in coping with stress. Consult a psychiatrist for further help. Regards
