I am 40 now I often have sleepless nights and fear about it when night comes and thinks whether I get sleep or not...When I go to new place or feel uncomfortable I won't sleep at all. If I have a any task next morning again no sleep...If I take anything to heart even if it is not my problem then also same Insomnia haunts me. I feel I had this problem as my husband works abroad n got very depressed when I lost my mother..and also due to hormones ...I really feel depressed by my situation

Hello...... You have altered sleep cycle ,you should get up and go to bed at regular timing each day.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning,don't take sleeping pills without consulting doctor..
