Hi May be you have experienced some anxiety/ panic attacks recently. Recent life events usually leads to such type feelings. You may have mixed anxiety depression symotoms. But it's definitely treatable. Here you do take Pari CR plus for 1 month and start regular exercise and yoga. You may need support therapy to ventilate your problems. But don't worry you will come out of this. Consultant earliest possible.
