Anxiety and light headed, eyes burn
After my mother heart attack, I used to have panic attacks, But then I brace myself. And then I became very worried about my health. I used to walk 8 km and do various exercises. Immediately after that my body became ill, Then the doctor gave me antibiotics for my fever. Since then I have been having panic attacks every night, Slowly, my whole body would ache, my head would be light all day long, my eyes would look blurry, Then I was seen by a psychiatrist who gave me medicine since then the panic attacks stopped at night but I couldn't tolerate that medicine. Now my panic attacks have stopped but I still have headaches all day ,And my eyes burn and I feel sick when I hear about someone being sick,I have been suffering from this for a long time how can I fix it without medicine, Sometimes I feel like I have a problem with my head or heart, give advice what to do plz?

It seems to be post traumatic anxiety. It's called IAD. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi Based on what you have mentioned it sounds like ever since your mother had a heart attack you have been having anxious thoughts about your health. You have been so anxious about your health that you developed fever. You have been having panic attacks every night which has now stopped. You feel anxious when you hear of someone falling sick. What you are going through could be fear of disease. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about the anxious thoughts you have about your health. With the help of a psychologist you can gradually work on overcoming your fear. Psychotherapy is an effective remedy to treat fear of disease.
