Anxiety and depression
I am getting a constant chest pain and am anxious all the time. I have a constant lump in my throat and I worry about even the smallest things. I feel low even in celebratory situations and I cannot concentrate on tasks without worrying about the future. I am hating my job and every day feels like I'm at war. I had a spotless academic record and went to the best of colleges and now I feel like I have stooped way below my peak and I could've done so much better. I quit Today and have already started feeling better. But I feel like until my last day I'm not going to feel completely okay. I feel like my coworkers hate me and I'm simply such a misfit in this environment. I just want a clean slate and run away from all this. Like far far away. I need help
