Anus pain and lower abdomen pain
I have internal piles grade 2..inspite of taking regularly medicines like sorbitol and isapgul i am still constipated since 7months...sometimes i also have extreme lower abdomen (just upper portion of vaginal area)pain and anus pain...what is it?is it indicates tumours?i have done ct scan .the report shows loaded colon.is there any pissibility of cancer?

Hello. Your symptoms may be due to chronic constipation. Management of hemorrhoids will need some diet and lifestyle changes too in addition to medicines. If you are concerned, please get yourself examined by an experienced gastroenterologist. It is difficult to diagnose tumor based on CT scan like imaging alone.

Hello Your symptoms seems to be due to chronic constipation. Diet modification is required. To rule out malignancy,  pl meet gastroenterologist for proper examination. Ct scan along is not enough.
