Anus burn and itch after passing stool

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I had a fissurectomy and spinchterotomy in Dec 2020 as I had a skin tag which was sometimes painful. After having this laser surgery I'm having continuous burning and itching sensation in the anal region for the whole day. I've consulted various doctors and are telling that the wound has been completely healed and everything is fine. I am unable to bear the pain and unable to sit . I was feeling better before surgery with the medications prescribed as comparing it now. I'm confused on how to get resolved from the issue. Can some one please guide me on this.
