Antrum gastritis and gerd for 3 years
I am suffering from GERD and antrum gastritis for 3 years. Took endoscopy on 2018. Symptoms are less when I am taking medicines. But after stoping medicine the symptoms are again worsen. I am taking proper food only I am not taking spicy and oily food. Even if I am taking spicy food for single day,the symptoms are reoccurring for month. Should I follow bland diet for life long to handle this? Or should I take endoscopy again?I have attached my previous report. Please guide me.

U r 23 yrs and having GERD so repeat Endoscopy followed by Esophageal ph metry can confirm the diagnosis and if hiatus present then endoscopic surgery or Laparoscopic surgery has a chance of reducing or stopping medicine esp PPI intake.
