Severe stomach ache due to lesions in anytime, chest pain exactly above sternum and feels like obstruction in esophagus and after which the patient bp lows done and the patient faints. Ecg, chest X-ray, cbp , grbs, endoscopy and esr are normal

If endoscopy is normal and symptoms are still there use t.pantocid 40 mg twice a day before meal for 1 month.t
Avoid full meal.take small meal.
Don't sleep immediately post meal.
Next Steps
