Endoscopy result antral gastritis.But my doctor says it is not serious.I am having mild dull ache in upper abdomen and bloating.Is it serious? He prescribed me nexpro 40, econorm,creon 10000 and equirex.

• avoid lemon orange tamarind
Avoid cabbage cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating
• donot lie immediately after having food
• sit atleast 1 hour after food
• have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion
•have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals
• lie on left side while sleeping
• keep your head end elevated while sleeping
