Antral gastritis and loaded colon
I am suffering from antral gastritis ,throat burn ,excessive gas ,and loaded colon problem since 3 months.presently i am feeling a knife stabbing pain in my anal area and in lower abdomen just before going to toilet or when i have an urge to go to the laterine...presently i am under medication but the priblem still presents...will you please help me out by answering the reason of my extreme anal pain.is it indicates any cyst or polyps ...or sonething else.

The sharp pain in the anal region must be due to Acute anal fissure.
It must have occured due to constipation and hard stools.
I see that you are on syp.cremaffin plus.
You can increase the frequency.
Next Steps
Syp. Cremaffin plus 15ml in the morning and 15 ml in the night.
