Antral Gastiritis
I have been diagnosed with this through endoscopy. All other reports were normal, no h pylori, gallstones, ibs etc all normal. I was on omeprazole twice a day for 4 months with little improvement. I made some lifestyle and diet changes initially. Took smaller frequent meals, walked, did not lie down post meals. Cut out fatty spicy outside food except yogurt with fruits. My abdominal pain acid reflux heartburn seem to return every other day. I got very stressed about this. I am on nexpro twice a day since the past 10 days and my symptoms are better. I made further lifestyle changes cut out raw onions tomato tea coffee garlic all masalas. Will this condition be cured or will i have to manage symptoms always? I live in the UK so managing work and cooking everytime is not sustainable. Will i be able to eat everything in the long run? Will this take 6 months to heal or is this not curable and have to manage always? My weight is 54 kg and height 5 ft. 2 in

Better to avoid oily spicy food as it's not good for health also.
