Antimicrosomal AMA is too high ( 365)
Kindly advice is there any way to control AMA( antimicrosomal antibody )
As my antibodies are killing my thyroid harmones which may lead to hyp or hyper thyroid issue in long term.
Is there any way to prevent this future desease and control AMA level as it's much beyond its normal range .

Please don't worry about AMA levels.
Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism can be easily treated with a small tablet.
Maintain your weight, eat balanced diet and exercise regularly.
