Antidepressants stoppage
Was taking antidepressants treatment in homeopathy (Maybe for 2 months).. Was actually having it along with allopathy medicines.. Dosages in allopathy was gradually decreased and medicines were completely stopped upon allopathy doctors guidance.. Since allopathy medicines were stopped, have stopped using homeopathy as well....Will there be any side effects on stopping homeopathy medicines for antidepressants abruptly..

Homoeopathy in depression works on cause or tendency. If the depressive episode was reactive in nature stopping medicine will not give residual symptoms. However if you have had multiple depressive episodes than please consider continuing under an expert consultation.

There will not be any side effects on stopping medicine but it should be done only by the advice of your physician. Physician is sure to reduce the dosage and gradually stop depending on your recurrence and mental state. With due respect to your physician .... please don't take decisions on public opinions about ongoing treatment.i strongly recommend you to meet your physician and tell your concern.
