Not necessarily...but u need to get revaluated as it's not wiser to continue such medication for such longer duration ..

Serotonin syndrome is a very rare side effect with SSRI type antidepressants. There is always a small chance but since you have taken it for 3 years without having symptoms of serotonin syndrome it is highly unlikely that it will cause. For further accurate advice more case details are required.
