Antibodies post Covid
My brother recovered from covid nov end . He is running 100.3 today and is experiencing earache and heaviness in sinus area.
He also has sinus issue since childhood.
How long do antibodies last? Does he need to get covid test done again?

Try tablet Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily , tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5-7 days after breakfast and dinner.
I don't think it related to Covid
If no relief consult an ENT specialist.

It is not proved that how long does antibodies last after covid.. may be 2 months or more.. In his case it can be a bacterial condition now..take the medicine and monitor.
