Anti tpo treatment
I faced early misscarriage afterthat diagnosed hypothyroid TSH 9, i followed medicine daily 75mcg but my tsh level some time going to up and down so discuss this problems with this practo doctors they are advised to take Anti tpo test now i take test and results are FT3 - 3.12, FT4 - 0.82 , TSH - 2.47, Vitamin D3 -27 & Anti tpo - 519.2 kindly advise me is there any treatment to normalize my tpo level...i trying to conceive past one year but no pregnancy occur. I am in clomid round so i planned to skip next round firstly cure my tpo level so kindly advise for further treatment.

Take thyroxine tab daily even if tsh is normal in case of anti tpo positive case

U have primary hypothyroidism and that is a reason for infertility. The thyroxine tablet u r taking is the only way to bring the anti tpo and tsh normal.
