Antenatal colostrum harvesting
I'm in my 37th week of my pregnancy and I'm type 1 diabetic. I've read about colostrum harvesting and it's benefits to my baby especially if it has low blood sugar first day of birth. Is this safe to be started now? My c-section delivery is planned in 11 days. Will I get colostrum harvesting syringes here?
