Another method instead of stichting?

I've been having a pimple on my cheek, the doctor ask me to remove it only by doing surgery.it will takes one or two stichtes. Please suggest me an another surgery method with stichting .

Hello if its really a pimple, no need of surgery.medicines are enough.if its a cyst or any soft tissue swelling u need surgery.
