Anomalous vascular of AICA
Sir, My MRI brain report says " Left CP angle cisternal anomalous vascular of AICA impinging on to the cisternal and
intracanalicular segments of 8th nerve complex on left.
Left distal ICA in the cavernous and precavernous and supraclinoid segments appears
asymmetric tortuous and ectatic - may need MRA brain for further evaluation to rule out
ectasia versus aneurysms of left distal intracranial ICA."
Kindly tell me if this is a problem.
