Anomalous vascular of AICA
Sir, My MRI brain report says "  Left CP angle cisternal anomalous vascular of AICA impinging on to the cisternal and intracanalicular segments of 8th nerve complex on left.  Left distal ICA in the cavernous and precavernous and supraclinoid segments appears asymmetric tortuous and ectatic - may need MRA brain for further evaluation to rule out ectasia versus aneurysms of left distal intracranial ICA." Kindly tell me if this is a problem.

If it's causing trigeminal neuralgia that's the cause . If there is no pain nothing to worry
