Ankylosing Spondylitis
I suffer from AS.I suffer from excruciating back pain at times.I am on steroids that keep my pain off for a limited period of time but I am in need of a permanent solution to this problem.I can't be on steroids always as they do have side effects. Please suggest me a course of action that I should take.
