Ankle swell up
My mother has swelling on her ankles and when she walk her swelling increases and in her blood test report TLC is increased and she doesn't have her periods for about 3 months and that's why we also have her ultrasound done and in reports there are cyst in her uterus that's why doctor says her periods are delaying please tell me any home remedies or solutions so that her swelled ankles could be less please help and she is 78 kilos and her height is 5:1
