Ankle problem.
I play basketball and during a match I jumped high up, landed on my right ankle only and it hit the ground hard.
I continued playing that match and after returning home it hurt a lot but there was no swelling.
I applied pain relief spray but even after a week it is still hurting internally. Feels like spikes pricking.

Consult Ortho surgeon. Local problem vs a referred pain from spine to be ruled out. You may require investigations like X-ray/ MRI of LS Spine. You maybe prescribed medicines and Physiotherapy.
